Payment Spread as an Administrator

Configuring how incoming payments are applied across installments, fees, and balances.

Payment spread defines how incoming payments are applied across installments, fees, and other balances on an account. It ensures payments are allocated in the correct order according to your organization's rules.

Configuring payment spread

  1. Navigate to the relevant product.
  2. Select Payment Spread from the Configuration dropdown menu.
  1. Select Make Changes if applicable.
  2. Review the strategy options and select the most applicable one.
  3. Add a description for the payment spread.
  4. Review and save.
